Payment & Billing Policy

This policy is aligned to a company-standard hosted checkout flow using Stripe through a Cloudflare backend.

1. Checkout Method

• All payments are initiated through Stripe-hosted checkout pages.
• The frontend does not directly capture or store customer card data.

2. Charges

• Users are charged according to the selected plan shown before checkout confirmation.
• Currency, recurring interval, and included credits are displayed in the checkout flow.

3. Billing Security

• Stripe processes billing information using its own security controls and hosted payment pages.
• The Cloudflare backend only creates and verifies checkout sessions.

4. Credits Delivery

• After successful verification, paid credits are added to the user's browser session/state.
• If verification fails, no credits should be considered final until payment status is confirmed.

5. Failed Payments

• If a payment is declined or cancelled, the purchase is not completed and no credits are issued.
• Users may retry checkout using a valid payment method.
